Replacement & Refund Policy

Request for Refund/Replacement:

If you receive damaged goods, you have the option to seek a refund or replacement. Please raise your complaint via email or call within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Proof of purchase and images/videos of the damaged goods may be required to process your request.

Required Documents for Complaint:

To file a complaint regarding damage, we will need the following documents:

  1. Proofs provided within 7 days of product receipt
  2. List of received and missing items (if any)
  3. Outer package image displaying the AWB number and the package's condition upon receipt
  4. Unboxing video
Processing Time:

Replacement or refund will be processed based on your choice within 2-5 business days from the date of the complaint.

Important Notes:
  • Replacement is applicable for goods and products weighing below 3kg.
  • For orders exceeding 3kg, a refund is allowed, subject to terms and conditions.
  • Refund is strictly not allowed if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
