Replacement & Refund Policy
Request for Refund/Replacement:
If you receive damaged goods, you have the option to seek a refund or replacement. Please raise your complaint via email or call within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Proof of purchase and images/videos of the damaged goods may be required to process your request.
Required Documents for Complaint:
To file a complaint regarding damage, we will need the following documents:
- Proofs provided within 7 days of product receipt
- List of received and missing items (if any)
- Outer package image displaying the AWB number and the package's condition upon receipt
- Unboxing video
Processing Time:
Replacement or refund will be processed based on your choice within 2-5 business days from the date of the complaint.
Important Notes:
- Replacement is applicable for goods and products weighing below 3kg.
- For orders exceeding 3kg, a refund is allowed, subject to terms and conditions.
- Refund is strictly not allowed if the conditions mentioned above are not met.
