Delivery Timeframe:

Within Tamil Nadu: 7 - 10 days

All Over India: 7 – 15 Working Days

Please note that the delivery time period mentioned excludes Sundays and public holidays.

Packaging Assurance:

Concerned about buying food online? Rest assured, all our Authentic Thalugai Delights products are safe and consumable at the time of packaging and dispatching. We prioritize ensuring the unique ingredients, traditional cooking formulas, and methods are maintained with the highest hygiene standards.

Packaging Materials:

We use recommended and healthy packaging materials, including a dense unbreakable box, a tough carton sleeve, and a gum-packed courier cover. All materials adhere to the guidelines of the food regulatory authorities of Tamil Nadu.

Products are first weighed and securely packed in three layers to prevent spillage.

Cardboard Sleeve:

The packed box is placed in a sturdy cardboard/carton sleeve for additional protection.

Final Box:

The package, with your address printed on it, is then ready for dispatch. Damaged Product? We've Got You Covered:

While we strive to deliver products in their best condition, if you receive a damaged product, don't panic. We offer either a refund or resending of the products upon your request. Please provide a video for damage claims.

Refund Policy:

If the product reaches you in a damaged condition, we will refund the product cost or send you another package. No refund will be made for wrong addresses or receiver details.

Product Handling:

If the product is out of its packing when you receive it, please send us a picture and do not consume it. We will send you another package promptly. Due to varied climate conditions and shipping handling, there is a slight chance the product may not be in optimal condition on arrival. In such cases, inform us, and we'll send a replacement package.
